Concho, AZ Apache Country Land 1. acre for sale in Concho, AZ

1 of 10
1.04 acre lots for sale in Concho, AZ sitting across the street from each other and just off the paved highway with power close! It's a rural undeveloped area just on the outskirts of the small town by St. Johns, Snowflake and Show Low in the White Mountains of NE Arizona. There's a pretty view of the Red Rock Ranch and Farms lavender and vineyard fields, home of over 35,000 lavender plants! It's about 200 miles NE of Phoenix Sky Harbor airport

It was very easy to access the property as it sits about 1/4 mile SE of paved County Road 180A on County Road 5301 aka Rodal Road on the parcel map which is graveled. The entrance off the highway says Shiloh Village. There is power running about 0.20 miles to the west along County Road 180A. You would need to contact the local power company for the cost to bring it to the property.

This subdivision was made several years ago and was never finished for some reason. From what we learned in the early 2000's it was updated but the developer ran out of money and let it go. This is all hearsay though. Although there is fire hydrants in the streets and big light fixtures along the main drag there is no water or power in them.
